How It Works

Gather your comments from a survey, website, or social media platform and upload according to the document guidelines. With a click of a button, the following reports will be at your fingertips:

• CoreText™ – A set of 50 phrases representing the key themes and ideas occurring within the entire data set.
• KeyText™ – A table of the frequency of the key themes and ideas occurring within the dataset.
• Interactive Verbatim File™ – The key themes and ideas will be displayed through a "phrase cloud". Click on the idea and you will be presented with verbatims that reflect that idea.
